With effect from 7 April 2025, all counter services for ICA products and services will be at the new ICA Services Centre (ISC).
The operating hours remain unchanged: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4.30pm.

MyICA and ICA e-Services will not be available on 6 April 2025 (Sunday), 0000 hrs to 0200 hrs (Singapore Time). Please plan your transactions in advance. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
