As of 19 February 2020, 12pm, 77 Stay-Home Notices (SHNs) have been issued to the following groups:

1. Singapore residents (i.e. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) with travel history to mainland China (outside of Hubei) in the last 14 days; and
2. Long-term pass holders (i.e. Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass) and foreign employees issued with a work pass with travel history to mainland China (outside of Hubei) in the last 14 days.

The SHNs that have been issued are attached. If one fails to comply with the SHNs, he/she may face the following penalties:

1. One may be prosecuted under Section 21A of the Infectious Diseases Act;
2. If one is a Singapore Permanent Resident, Long-Term Visit Pass holder, Dependant’s Pass holder or Student’s Pass holder, one’s Re-Entry Permit or passes may be revoked or the validity shortened;
3. If one is a foreign employee issued with a work pass, one’s work pass may be revoked; and
4. If one’s child/ward is a full-time student attending a preschool, school or other educational institution in Singapore, his/her child/ward might be subjected to disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal. For foreign students, this may include the cancellation of his/her child/ward’s Student’s Pass or Dependant’s Pass.
