New ICA Services Centre Operational on 7 April 2025

The new Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Services Centre (ISC) located at 2 Crawford Street, Singapore 207218, will commence operations on 7 April 2025. The ISC is adjacent to the current ICA building and will maintain the same operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Transition Period

2.          To ensure a smooth transition of services from the current ICA building to the ISC, counter services at the current ICA building will be suspended from 1 to 4 April 2025. The transition period will allow our officers to focus on the final preparations required for the new ISC, such as performing stress tests and fine-tuning systems and processes.

3.          No walk-ins will be served during this period. Customers with urgent requests will need to produce supporting documents. They will be assessed and served on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to Annex A for the list of urgent services that may be provided upon request. The public is encouraged to get their ICA transactions done before the transition period.

4.          During the transition period, the public can continue to submit their applications online through ICA’s website or the MyICA mobile application. They can also contact ICA via the ICA Feedback Form or speak to our call agents at the ICA Hotline: 6391 6100.

Redesigned Processes, Redefined Service Delivery

5.          At the ISC, the public will enjoy an end-to-end and more seamless transaction experience, and can be served a suite of services at a single touchpoint. Currently, the public needs to visit different levels of the ICA building if they require different services.

6.          Come July 2025, customers can self-collect their identity card and passport from automated kiosks at the ISC, without the need to make an appointment beforehand. Currently, customers need to make an appointment for collection at the ICA building. More details will be shared at a later date

7.          The ISC is accessible by public transport. Public parking will not be available till 2027 due to ongoing works at ICA’s carpark. The public, however, can be alighted at the drop-off point at the ISC entrance. More details can be found in Annex B.

8.             The operationalisation of the ISC realises ICA’s vision for its Services Centre Next-Generation. ICA is committed to further enhancing our customers’ experience.
