The new ICA Services Centre (ISC) located at 2 Crawford Street, Singapore 207218, will commence operations on 7 April 2025. The operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm. The current ICA Building, which is adjacent to the ISC, will be permanently closed to members of the public from 1 April 2025. 

2.          From 1 to 4 April 2025, counter services at the current ICA building will be suspended to ensure a smooth transition of services to the ISC. No walk-ins will be served during this period. 

3.          Customers with urgent requests will need to produce supporting documents. They will be assessed and served on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to Annex A for the list of urgent services that may be provided upon request. To avoid any inconvenience, the public is encouraged to complete their transactions with ICA before the transition period.

4.          During the transition period, ICA’s services remain available online. The public can continue to submit their applications through ICA’s website or the MyICA mobile application. They can also contact ICA via the ICA Feedback Form or speak to our call agents at the ICA Hotline: 6391 6100. 

5.          From 7 April, members of the public who need to transact in person with ICA can come down to the newly open ISC. They are strongly encouraged to take public transport which is within walking distance from Lavender MRT station and nearby bus stops. Public parking will not be available at the ISC due to ongoing works at ICA’s carpark. Those who still wish to drive may park their vehicles at alternative public carparks located along North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane and French Road. Drivers may alight passengers at the drop-off point at the ISC entrance. More details can be found in Annex B.

6.          ICA service ambassadors will be onsite to render assistance to customers who need to visit the ISC to complete their transactions.
