The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has launched a new mobile app, eAPPT@ICA that allows users to make, change or cancel their appointments with ICA using their mobile devices. From 7 March 2016, users can make an appointment with ICA through eAPPT@ICA, in addition to the existing e-Appointment service on our website. eAPPT@ICA thus provides added convenience for users to transact with ICA while on the move.

2.     Designed for a fuss-free experience, the eAPPT@ICA mobile app allows a user to set a reminder alert with the calendar function of the mobile device when he or she has made an appointment with ICA. In addition, the appointment booking details and acknowledgement page will also be automatically stored under the ‘My Appointment’ function for subsequent viewing.

3.     The user-friendly eAPPT@ICA mobile app is available for both iOS and Android users. It can be downloaded free-of-charge from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Check out the ICA website at www.ica.gov.sg for more information on the new mobile app. A simple guide to navigate the mobile app is included at Annex A for reference.
