All counter services for ICA products and services at the current ICA building will be suspended from 1 to 4 April 2025 to facilitate the transition of services to the new ICA Services Centre (ISC). During this period, ICA e-Services, online feedback and call centre services (6391 6100) will continue to be available. Operations will commence on 7 April 2025 at the new ISC.
