Logged cases, only standard responses received. No update given on the actual actions taken. I have to log the same case three times for illegal parking on the same motorist 3 times in the same week. Authorities is only doing lip service work based on the responses I received. Useless app to me.

cannot launch at " let's get started". "webpage not available"..is the response. Uninstalled and re-installed..still the same. the welcome screen that you can swipe sideways on the features of LifeSG... does not render well on mobile phone screen. Seriously folks?

Always ask me to update when I open the app to get ready to use for payment and takes very long to load. Have to stand awkwardly at the merchant's counter for at least 10 minutes. Please get the app to update in the background.
