Exit Requirements

All visitors need to go through immigration clearance when they depart from Singapore.

At the immigration counter, the visitor must present the Embarkation portion of the Disembarkation/Embarkation Card together with his travel document to the Immigration Officer. Do ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months before departure.

Visitors are advised to check their passports/travel documents for exit endorsements before they leave the checkpoint.

Singapore Permanent Residents require a valid Re-Entry Permit (REP) whenever they wish to travel out of Singapore. Please refer to the Renewal for Re-Entry Permit page for more information.
